INVESTIGATIVE LAW OFFICES has offices in
Sioux Falls, South Dakota, United States of America. We are a technology law
office, focusing on the investigation of technical fraud, and related issues, in
the representation of our clients. Our office provides technical support for law
enforcement agencies, and consults with lock manufacturers, crime laboratories,
and vendors of specialized surveillance equipment and related technologies. We
also represent locksmiths, in the development and sale of sophisticated bypass
tools, and related issues.
We conduct high tech surveillance operations for law enforcement organizations, law firms,
business, and insurance companies, to develop evidence for civil and criminal prosecutions
for fraud and related crimes.
We conducts background investigations, and have
access to the most comprehensive computerized databases in the United States.
We can provide technical support and training, in the areas of covert entry,
communications, computers, lie detection, and internal security investigations.
We represent clients, in order to determine potential liabilities from defective
security products, and will analyze high security locks for bypass capability.
We can determine ways of correcting defects, and improving upon locks, safes,
and security products, including the procurement of patents.
We have experienced polygraph examiners on staff,
who have been conducting lie detector examinations in criminal, civil, and
security investigations for over twenty-five years. We conduct examinations, and
training in the United States, and in foreign countries, upon request. We
utilize Stoelting conventional polygraph instrumentation, and Axciton
computerized polygraph. Our office maintains a library of thousands of hours of
videotape interrogations, for training of law enforcement agencies.
We can provide technical support and training in the areas of covert entry, communications,
encryption, computers, lie detection, and internal security investigations.
We conduct legal research relating to security
issues, and associated technology, including product location and acquisition.
We have reports available regarding many security products, and will provide
contract legal research into potential defects in products.
Marc Weber Tobias and independent contractors of Investigative Law Offices are

The principal Attorney for Investigative Law
Offices, Marc Weber Tobias, has authored five police textbooks, including LOCKS,
SAFES, AND SECURITY, as well as having been granted two United States
patents, and approximately twenty foreign patents, regarding bypass of locks. He
has lectured throughout the world on covert entry and surveillance. He is a
member of the South Dakota and Nebraska Bars, and admitted to practice in those
states, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

ABOUT SECURITY LABORATORIES
Security Laboratories was formed by Investigative Law Offices, to bring together a number
of professionals in technical disciplines relating to locks, safes, and security. We have
available specialists in lock picking and covert entry, combination lock manipulation,
forensics, computers, law, manufacturing,
training, design of special covert entry hardware and software, law enforcement, and related
areas. Security Laboratories has representatives in the United States, England, and Jersey
(Channel Islands).
Our clients, both in the United States and in foreign countries, generally have special
requirements involving the training and deployment of technologies relating to lock picking,
safe cracking, and security. We have the capability of designing and manufacturing special
bypass tools, for almost any lock or locking system, and specialize in opening high security
