Monitoring and Storage
SimpliSafe gives you the option to use their security system with no monthly fees, but without a plan, you’ll have no professional and smart home integrations. Students from Harvard Business School started SimpliSafe after several break-ins to their apartment. Traditional security companies like ADT were too costly and required long-term contracts — not ideal for renters nor students.
