Link Interactive might not be the best-known name in home security, but when it comes to protecting their customer’s privacy, they’re almost beyond reproach.
The company logs minimal data, they don’t store customer audio or video recordings, and they don’t have a history of security vulnerabilities or breaches.
The only thing we’d say is that we would like to see multi-factor authentication added to their systems to better improve account security, but that’s a minor gripe.
