As far as identity monitoring services go, LifeLock is one of the better-known names in the game. They offer a ton of monitoring from financial accounts to criminal areas, as you can read about in our LifeLock review. But many people want to try out LifeLock before getting charged. Fortunately for them, we’ve found a way.
Does LifeLock Offer a Free Trial?

While LifeLock doesn’t call it a free trial, they do offer a 60-day money back guarantee under their annual memberships. However, if you choose a monthly plan, you won’t get access to this feature.
How Long Is the LifeLock Free Trial?
LifeLock’s free trial lasts 60 days, twice as long as typical free trials. Of course, you’ll have to remember to cancel LifeLock within this 60 day period if you don’t want to be charged. Note that LifeLock automatically renews your subscription, so make sure to mark the date on your calendar!

How To Renew or Cancel the Free Trial
If you want to stay with LifeLock after the trial period is over, there’s no need to take any action, as their subscriptions renew automatically. However, to cancel LifeLock, we recommend calling 1-844-488-4540. While LifeLock says you can cancel by submitting a form, we found that the link just brought us back to their home page, so for now, the phone seems to be the only viable option.
How To Start a LifeLock Free Trial
To start a LifeLock free trial, buy an annual membership on their website. You won’t be charged for the first 60 days, which should give you more than enough time to decide if LifeLock is the right identity monitoring service for you.
